When we started out all we wanted to do was go inside the agencies we admired the most but unless we were hired that was impossible. We found that this led to periods of professional uncertainty so we decided to change the narrative by creating a series of events that worked towards positive change. Process now provides a rare glimpse inside the story of people helping to unite communities from Manchester to Melbourne.
